Ich selbst würde mich als „Spätberufene“ bezeichnen. Mit dem Malen begonnen habe ich 2018, in der „Kunst VHS“ in der Lazarettgasse. Farben und die Arbeit mit ihnen haben mich sofort fasziniert. Mein bevorzugter Malstil ist Acryl abstrakt. Ich liebe Farben, das Spiel mit ihnen, egal ob pinselnd, spachtelnd, schüttend oder wischend. Ich lasse mich gerne überraschen, worauf die Farben aufgelegt sind und arbeite auftretende Effekte hervor. Einen Plan habe ich davor selten, das klappt bei mir auch gar nicht. Meine Bilder sollen die Phantasie für BetrachterInnen anregen und stets ein gewisses Geheimnis bewahren. Am liebsten sehe ich Bilder an der Wand hängen, dort wo sie hingehören: wertgeschätzt und Freude machend. Jedes Bild hat eine Seele und eine Botschaft die erkannt werden möchte.

 

I would describe myself as a “late recruit”. I startet painting in 2018, at the “artistic community college” (Kunst VHS). Colors and working with them immediately fascinated me. My favorite painting style is acrylic abstract. I love colors, playing with them, whether brushing, spatula, flowing, dripping, pouring or wiping. I like to be surprised about what the colors are based on and work out the effects that occur. I rarely have a plan beforehand, it doesn`t work for me either. My pictures should stimulate the viewer`s imagination and always keep a certain secret. I prefer to see pictures hanging on a wall where they belong: valued and joyful. Every picture has a soul and a message that wants to be recognized.

Ein Foto ist ein festgehaltener Moment, der so nicht wieder kommt.
Diesen einen Moment darstellen, ist für mich Kreativität.

Das Motiv steht für mich im Vordergrund, nicht unbedingt die technische Perfektion.
Am Anfang steht immer der Blick für das Motiv, der Rest ist Technik.

Ich reise viel und gerne um die Welt und liebe es, Erinnerungen festzuhalten. Einige meiner Fotos sind hier auf meiner Website zu sehen.

For me, the focus is on the subject, not necessarily the technical perfection.At the beginning there is always an eye for the motif, the rest is technology.
